Dear valued Merchants and Partners,
To ensure optimal service and performance, we will be conducting necessary updates to the iCG Pay platform during the following maintenance window:
Dates and Times
Start : March 8th 11 PM EST End : March 9th 1 AM EST
Impact : All iCG Merchants and Partners
During the maintenance period transaction processing across all products and services will be impacted. This includes the Online Terminal, API Services, iFrame, IVRs, SMS, Payment Portals and any other processing solution or integration.
Recurring payments scheduled for the maintenance window will have their originations as expected if the transactions initiated by iCG, merchant initiated transactions will not be processed during this period.
We highly recommend that transactions are not sent during the maintenance window as they will not be captured. All transactions will have to be sent after the maintenance window has closed to ensure successful processing.
