iCG Pay will be performing system maintenance on their platform between December 7, 8PM and December 8, 5AM PST. All iCG products, including transaction processing, the Online Terminal, API services, iFrame, IVRs, SMS, Payment Portals, and all related reporting will be unavailable.

Recurring payments scheduled by iCG for December 8th will be processed after the maintenance is complete. All iCG merchant-initiated transactions, scheduled or one-time, will not be processed during the maintenance window.

Real-time status updates will be provided in this page during the maintenance, as https://status.icheckgateway.com/ will also be unavailable. However, as this is solely an iCG maintenance and not a CSG Forte one, notifications will not be generated.
