We experienced an incident over the evening and early morning US hours related to authorization timeouts. Due to scheduled maintenance at Elavon, we saw transactions were declined between 2023-03-04 16:03 PST and 2023-03-05 04:19 PST. After the maintenance window was closed, transactions began to flow correctly. Scheduled transactions that failed because of the incident have been reprocessed. For any other failed transactions related to U85 AUTH ERROR (MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS EXCEEDED), we encourage you to process those transactions again.
