Our TLS testing window is completed. If you experienced a processing disruption please reach out to your IT department for additional support related to updating to the TLS 1.2 protocol. We will temporarily disable support for TLSv1.0 & 1.1 from 10 AM to 2 PM CST. If you are unable to process during this period it is possible that you are not able to support the new TLS 1.2 protocol that will go into effect on April 3, 2018. Our support teams will be available to answer any questions you may have related to the TLS retirement process and will document if you are impacted, but will not be able to roll back support for TLSv1.0 & 1.1 until the testing window is over.
